The Chagrin History Center is proud to present the Historic Chagrin Falls Home and Garden Tour on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 10am-5pm. Our Gold Sponsor is Hemlock Landscapes.
We have five fabulous homes lined up and a top floor apartment on N. Main St., the historic meeting place of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (I.O.O.F). Advanced tickets are $25 and day of the tour are $30. This year, we are offering a ticket + boxed lunch option with Lemon Falls Café/Marketplace! This ticket is $45 and includes your admission and boxed lunch. See below for more information on the Boxed Lunch ticket. Maps and information on the homes will be provided in your program which you will need to pick up at the History Center the week of the tour.

Mondays-Fridays 10am-5pm
Saturdays 11am-3pm
You must come to the History Center between May 29 through June 1 to pick up your program and wristband. If you reserved your ticket prior to May 29th your name will be on a list.
Changes from previous years:
-There will be NO transportation services this year. Maps will be provided in your program, including areas to park.
-There are no tote bags this year. You will only be admitted into the homes if you have a wristband.
-You can only buy tickets in person at the History Center. They will not be sold at stores around Chagrin Falls.

Ticket Options
Pre-sale Ticket – $25 per ticket
Pre-Sale + Boxed Lunch Ticket – $45 per ticket
This option includes both your admission ticket and boxed lunch. Boxed lunches will be provided by Lemon Falls Cafe/Marketplace. Each lunch comes with a sandwich, chips, chocolate chip cookie, and drink of choice. Lunches will be available for pick up at the Chagrin History Center on the day of the tour. Orders will be cut off on Tuesday, May 28 at 5:00pm.
