Maggie is the newest addition to the Chagrin History Center team. With a love of all things history, museums, and education, Maggie has been actively working and volunteering in Ohio museums, including Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, The Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library & Museums, and Hale Farm & Village, since she was 18 years old. Maggie earned her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Public History in 2016 from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, OH. She earned her Master of Arts in History from Kent State University in May 2023. Her studies focused on how women’s mobilization during World War I affected American women and their fashions in the 1920s. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys reading Agatha Christie novels, baking for friends, family, and colleagues, and most importantly, spending time with her nieces.
