How Chagrin Falls, Ohio Lifted the Morale of Its Sons and Daughters During WWII

During World War II, members of the Molly Chittenden Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), based in Chagrin Falls, sent newsletters to local men and women serving in the Armed Forces, filled with news from home. Because soldiers responded to the newsletters with information about their own experiences, the newsletters also served as a way for local service members to keep track of each other.
